Hello laptop recognises the monitor via HDMI. As soon as I connect the DS (via USBC) nothing happens. Do I have a DS that is not compatible? Thanks for your help.

As far as I know, the docking station is USB A-capable, so the same shape but not the same technology. I use the station on a virtual reality computer with a USB A port. LG
