Hobot 268
The problem is that the Hobot doesn't have a handle where you could attach it to a pole ... If you could, you could turn it on, then lift it up to the upper floor with the pole, and with the vacuum, the Hobot would stay on the window. With the remote control you can operate it from the inside through the glass, at least that works for us.
I bought the Hobst for testing because I have exactly the same problem. I was satisfied with the testing and have now put it away. I also have an emitter and can put the Hobst on and run it. However, I held the line in my hand and was able to retrieve the Hobst after cleaning it without any problems. Try it out, and if the worst comes to the worst, you can return the Hobst.
We bought the product to clean inaccessible glass surfaces outdoors (saves having to use scaffolding, etc.). I don't see any advantage in cleaning tiles with this device because the effort to change the plaster inserts for floors is probably too great and because conventional cleaning can probably be done more quickly ... :-) - purely playfully, that would probably be possible. Hope this helps a little.
Yes, Hobot sells the products in Germany under the name Sichler. Galaxus probably gets the products directly from the manufacturer, hence advertised here as Hobot.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this, we have assigned the question to the community and hope that a buyer can provide more details on this.
In this sense, we do not have a special "trial/test period" here the normal return policies regarding opened/used products apply: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/Wiki/560
Whoa! You have the right to 30 days for return if you are not satisfied but there will be a 10% deduction on the refund amount. For the spare legs, no idea though :) !
