Product details
The powerful 1500 Watt laboratory power supply, occupying only 1U, can be stacked directly on top of each other, eliminating the need for air gaps above or below, and it truly fits within 1U.
Output voltages of 0 - 300 V/DC and output currents of 0 - 5 A can be set directly on the device or remotely via the built-in RS232/RS485 interface. Additionally, all important functions can be programmed through analog inputs (control voltage 0-5V, 0-10V, control current 4-20 mA, or via an external resistor for digital control, e.g., drivers for LabView and LabWindows are available). High-resolution 16-bit A/D and D/A converters enable very precise adjustment and programming. The rotary knobs on the device can switch between coarse and fine settings.
A dual digital display shows the current values as well as various status information (including overload protection, undervoltage threshold, overload mode, address settings), and a monitor output provides corresponding analog voltages (0-5V or 0-10V) for external monitoring. Of course, the device can operate as both a constant voltage and a constant current source, automatically switching between these modes as needed. Multiple devices can be connected in series or parallel. The GEN/H type has half the form factor of 19" racks.
