Free delivery in the Netherlands
We generally deliver all products free of charge to addresses in the Netherlands. All orders from our warehouse are handled by DHL. If your product is from a third-party supplier or one of our merchant partners, it might be sent with another delivery company.

The following expected delivery times apply to all products in stock at our warehouse: All orders made by 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are generally shipped on the same day and are usually delivered to the delivery address after two workdays. Each product features real-time information on availability and estimated delivery time.
Galaxus.nl is the Dutch version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in the Netherlands.
Galaxus.fr is the French version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in France.
Galaxus.it is the Italian version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in Italy.
Galaxus.at is the Austrian version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in Austria.
Galaxus.de is the German version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in Germany.
We package all our orders carefully and do our best to ensure products get to you in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged during transport, we are, of course, happy to help.

- a short description of the damage
- photo of the damage and packaging
- address where the parcel can be collected if necessary
- workdays on which the parcel can be collected
