Good morning Is this case also suitable for swimming in the sea? Only swimming, no diving. Or does sea salt attack the case? Item number 33476438 Many thanks for an answer Best regards FadDan

Hello everyone, I have a Logitech G810 keyboard that has been duplicating or triplicating various keys for some time. I have already cleaned them. Could it be that the switches (Romer-G) on the affected keys are slowly giving up the ghost? Normally they just fail completely, don't they? Has anyone had similar experiences?

Dear community, I would like to know with which Logitech mice you have already had the well-known Logitech double-click problem? My experience: I had the G903 with the problem which was then replaced under warranty (thanks to Digitec for the quick replacement) which is very disappointing for a premium mouse that cost a lot and went out of warranty. And now after somewhere between 3 and 5 years, my G600 also has a double-click problem, although given the age of the mouse and the price at the time, I can easily overlook it, as they have to earn something. What I have heard: People with G502 Lightspeed who already have problems with double clicks.

First of all: I have already contacted logitech customer "service" (or 2 chatbots and maybe (!) an Indian chat person). In a nutshell: logitech operates a "no warranty" policy. logitech does not manufacture or sell spare parts. As soon as the warranty expires, you can throw the CHF 150-200 keyboard in the bin or start tinkering around because the cheap plastic parts of the KeyCap attachment break quickly. I have a G915 TKL and in principle it's a good keyboard in terms of typing feel, sensitivity and functionality. Unfortunately, there were quality problems quite quickly (which seem to occur more often if you look at the forums on the Internet). Apart from the fault that at some point a single keystroke triggers multiple typing signals to the computer, the key head holders quickly break in the holder on the circuit board. This is often the case with the return key (as is currently the case with me), but apparently also with other keys. One of the two holding pins of the keycap breaks off and "falls" into the holder, partially blocking the contact. According to the forums, the problem can only be solved by unscrewing the keyboard and soldering the two solder joints on the back of the key. Then you have to open the plastic switch and remove the broken part and reassemble and solder everything back together. My questions about this: 1) Do I absolutely have to remove the broken piece (or a simple variant) or is there an alternative? 2) Where can I get a replacement button for "Return" (not from logitech, that's clear) for "Return"? Does anyone know of a good site where you can buy used keycaps? 3) Why is the customer service of this Swiss company (logitech) so bad? Why are known quality problems not solved? Why do customers have to search for solutions to such problems with such expensive products? My advice (also after massive problems with the G502 Hero gaming mouse): Buy products from cheaper brands. They are not without faults either, but they are significantly cheaper. In case someone from logitech reads this: It would also be nice if you would make the effort to approach customers and listen!!! But as long as sales in Asia are increasing (the new customers will wonder what they spent their money on), you say to yourself: What do I care about the old customers who were just unlucky?

Hello, I have an old HP laptop Envy17 -j176ez. It still runs quite well with Windows 8.1. Unfortunately, I can no longer connect it to the Internet. The modem works fine because 2 other desktops and laptops use it to access the internet. When I select Internet, it sees the modem but says that it can only be used to a limited extent. Even if I connect a network cable it does not work. Now I wanted to try to update the driver. HP no longer offers support for this model. Can anyone help me?

Hello dear Galaxus team, Would it be possible to have a search filter for RGB yes/no? I know it's a matter of taste, but personally I find these RGB boxes super ugly and searching for suppliers without RGB is super cumbersome. A filter would make it easier. Best regards

Why does a tablet with a 5G connection (WLAN is also possible then?) cost less than a "WLAN only" tablet? e.g. the Samsung s10 ultra, approx. CHF 100 difference in price? Does "WLAN only" have certain advantages?

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Kind regards Tobias

For me, the leg length is absolutely crucial for a pair of pants. 24cm, for example, doesn't work at all, it slides up my legs all day long. 28cm would be perfect. A very important size!

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Best regards, SF

Unacceptable to make an order of 238.00 - to make the return and to count 54.00 - to close again their packing of origin. Since when can we not see without opening the plastic of what we order? Especially since these are handbags and not pants. I won't be ordering from you in the future, that's for sure. It's the first time I've seen this kind of practice.

Hello Does anyone know or have experience with a TV (brand, model) where you can download the Swisscom Blue TV app? Preferably a 55" OLED or QLed TV. Would like to operate this in the guest room without having to solve Multiroom via Swisscom. Thanks for any tips or advice. LG

The PickMup option is no longer displayed in the dispatch options. Has this been removed? In addition, it is no longer possible for me to have the delivery redirected to the My Post 24 machines for deliveries by Swiss Post. Has Galaxus also cancelled this option?

We need more Matter-over-Thread! Since the CSA at the latest, it has become clear that Matter-over-Thread is no longer a topic for the future, but the next logical step in the smart home sector. Many manufacturers have shown there that they are focussing on interoperable, local and cross-manufacturer solutions. As part of this, IKEA has also announced a new generation of Matter-compatible devices and is clearly focussing on Matter-over-Thread and the further development of its own ecosystem around Dirigera. IKEA in particular plays an important role here, as it can make Matter suitable for the masses. https://matter-smarthome.de/produkte... It is therefore all the more surprising that this new generation of appliances is currently not available from one of Europe's largest online shops. I have now bought the products directly from IKEA, which certainly has its advantages. Nevertheless, I usually like to buy smart home hardware from Digitec Galaxus, especially because of the wide selection, comparability and bundling of different manufacturers. If Matter is really to become the standard, it needs not only announcements at CES, but also broad and rapid availability in stores. It would therefore be highly desirable if the new IKEA Matter-over-Thread devices were added to the range in a timely manner.

Why are only due 22kW listed here? There would also be 11kW from ABB. Most cars can't take 22kW AC anyway and 11kW is a bit cheaper.
