Hi Digitec It would be fun if you could add a statistics tab to your user profile with "fun facts". For example, how much you've spent on Digitec in total; which categories you've spent how much money on; how many hours you've spent on Digitec etc. (all optional, of course). I would be surprised in the long run and the data is certainly available.

Hello everyone What does it mean when it simply says "dispatch" under delivery? So far, all items have been delivered to me by post - larger parcels to the front door and some smaller ones to the milk/letter boxes. I am severely disabled and therefore cannot carry larger parcels.

For several years the general quality of product information and filtering is getting lower: - Incorrect image, or multiple images corresponding to different products - Incorrect or missing description - Incomplete or incorrect product data (meaning the product cannot be found when using the filter) - Horrible translations (Like "Cable Tonnerre" for a "Thunderbold Cable"). - In filters, there are duplicate values, incomprehensible text (Because of incorrect translation) This make finding product harder and harder. Some products can only be found with a search engine. This is making the shopping experience on Galaxus frustrating, especially when we suddenly get a different product. And the worse, is when Galaxus say "the product number matches". This is unacceptable. When various information are contradictory, we cannot know what is correct. And actually, how can we know, that actually a picture and a description that seems correct are actually for a different product than the product designated by the product number? Does it mean actually we should also google the product number for double check, because we should always assume everything is incorrect on Galaxus? When will Galaxus do something about it?

An attempt was made to deliver a parcel on 2 April. Nothing has happened since then! I have already written to DPD. As expected, nothing happened. What the heck do I have to do to get my parcel? DPD is one of the reasons why I'm ordering from Galaxus for the last time!

Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

Hi guys, I have installed the Ryzen 5 5500GT with standard fan. Everything looks great and cools properly, even the air in the case is normal. But even in office mode I have a background noise that I can't accept. Sometimes it's a "scratching", sometimes a higher frequency, which is annoying and overall it's just too loud. I'm wondering whether the fan has a fault. Does anyone have any experience?

Digitec hasn't had a deal of the day for the last few days either, only Galaxus had one. Will this no longer be offered regularly in future or will it be cancelled altogether? That would be a shame, even if the offers used to have more appeal.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. I have a small feature request that you can have your interns implement. A way to move products in the watchlist to another watchlist, e.g. by dragging and dropping. Since products are saved by default in the lowest or the currently expanded notepad, my notepads have become a mess and the only way to rearrange them is to delete items from the wrong notepad, open the correct list and note the product again. The stated delivery times are not adhered to and Galaxus does not change this either. I have several open orders where the delivery time is delayed. The order says delivery the next day, but in reality it's 3 days or longer :( It's not dramatic, but giving unrealistic delivery times just to generate more orders is not right. Then write on sale: "Delivery in 3 to 6 days" and not: "Delivery tomorrow" do you see it differently?

Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

I have chosen a date with morning delivery (8am-12pm) by making an appointment with Planzer. At 2pm I receive a call that the appointment cannot be kept and we have to make a new appointment. Fine, so I reschedule the appointment with the carrier for the next day (8-11am) with a 30-minute phone call in advance and deposit. Today 11.43am, on hold for 18 minutes on the phone to find out where my delivery is! Galaxus, I am otherwise really very satisfied, but what is this? In the delivery options I have selected extra post. Ok, I understand that other delivery services apply to third party products, but you could oblige the third party suppliers to stop using Planzer. Community, have you also had cases like this with Planzer and any solutions for punctual Planzer delivery? PS: Still on hold (25min) :(
