Planzer is the worst delivery service of all!!! no deadline is kept, for many parcels so far. Not even a notification! I would gladly pay a surcharge if my parcels were never delivered by Planzer !!!!!

Digitec article from 20.3.2026 Why the mobile beats the card In the article, author Dayan Pfammatter writes that for payments via Apple Pay or Google Wallet, "The mobile phone requires biometric verification or unlocking via PIN for each payment." This is not the case with Google Wallet. As soon as I have unlocked my Samsung A55, I can make payments with Google Wallet without any authentication. No changes can be made in the settings either. If my mobile was stolen while it was switched on, the thief would have access to all my cards and accounts. I'm surprised that the author didn't acknowledge the error after I pointed it out to him. I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

Digitec sells Bose Soundtouch systems (10, 20 etc.) which will no longer work via the app from May. Bose does not provide official information. Digitec should take such products, which will be useless in two months, off the market.

I received the wrong toner cartridge although I ordered the right one (incorrect print cartridge code: 42.94K, wrong printer region displayed on the printer). Galaxus refers to its supplier and distributor "orderflow.ch" who, according to the telephone information, do not help and do not feel responsible. Clarification of the facts or personal consultation with Galaxus not possible. So, what now? Effort and trouble for me! My supplier is and was Galaxus!!! What do I care about the supplier of Galaxus!!! Why do I still need Galaxus??? Support leaves a lot to be desired... but I hear from you again and again. I'll probably have to go to the legal protection organisation and lawyer for such a simple problem. It's tedious but you have to do something to minimise these business practices and I'd also like my money back. Had to buy one elsewhere. Good customer service and trustworthy business look different ....

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. Hello, It seems to me that for some time now, next-day delivery (for orders placed before 7pm) has no longer been guaranteed. For example, if I just took a phone case that was in stock, the delivery time would be the day after tomorrow! Your delivery terms and conditions always state the following: "Ordered today until 9pm, delivered tomorrow. For all products in stock in our central warehouse, all orders received on Monday and before 9pm on Friday are dispatched the same day, and generally arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day (including Saturday, if the option is activated). The availability of each product is visible in real time." Has this changed? Thank you

Couldn't many products that are out of competition and expensive or whose technology is outdated be taken out of the range (such as dot matrix printers or nVidia GT 710 graphics cards)? I don't think anyone buys them (except people who are not familiar with the subject!)...

Hello everyone, after 9 years the new edition of https://www.digitec.ch/de... because it is still a problem. I'm looking for a USB wifi stick for my Ubuntu box. Ideally with 2.4GHz and 5Ghz, but it doesn't really matter. It just has to work. However, it doesn't seem to be that easy to find something compatible. This is a couple of years old developer PC that I gave the latest Ubuntu LTS. It works fine, but doesn't have a built-in WLAN. Now I'm looking for a suitable stick that doesn't require an extra driver or kernel mod. Who can recommend a product?

Hello together I have to vent my frustration about the current development at Galaxus/Digitec. The name used to stand for reliability and transparency, but today it feels more and more like gambling on a cheap marketplace. The problem is that Galaxus is opening its doors to third-party providers (Marketplace) who obviously don't take the truth about stock levels very seriously. My current example: An item is advertised as 'in stock' with a 3-5 day delivery time. As soon as the money is gone, it says 'delivery delayed'. If you then look in the shop again, the item is still advertised as 'in stock' by the same retailer (in my case a monitor VESA adapter). In my opinion, this is systematic customer deception in order to secure sales. The icing on the cake: If you then want to cancel your order, it is blocked with the phrase 'order already processed', while the status has been set to 'delayed' for days. As a buyer, you are therefore in a hostage situation: no goods, no money back, but the shop continues to cheerfully lie. Is Galaxus now just a glorified interface for unreliable dropshippers? Where is the quality control for your partners? How many of you have had similar experiences recently with these "ghost stocks"?" Transparency update: The exact same adapter I ordered through Galaxus is available directly from the manufacturer/Amazon for 14.96 CHF with delivery in 2 days. Galaxus partner charges CHF 43, has not delivered for a week despite 'stock' and is blocking the cancellation. This is not trading, this is usury coupled with incompetence. Galaxus, put an end to this circus because although I was refunded the money after a refreshing conversation with the dealer in the Community corner, the whole thing has a bad aftertaste. After all, who can guarantee the customer that a dropshipper who advertises with over 67K items in stock doesn't actually have a single screw on site? In my opinion, such companies should be clearly labelled as dropshippers so that the end consumer can choose for themselves whether they want to pay three times the price for an order brokerage and have to wait forever, while the delivery details are obviously pulled out of thin air.

Hello How/where can I configure to receive an e-mail from Swiss Post when the parcel is delivered by Digitec? Orders from Amazon are also delivered by the post office. WHAT is this again? Today, for the umpteenth time, I come across such an ugly, clunky, impractical new layout on the main page. Guys, you never learn, do you? I have nothing against POSITIVE changes where something is improved. But every new layout so far has been a disaster, this one is no exception. Take that away! I successfully sold my phone here on Digitec. I was then told that I had to send the device within 4 days. I sent it the next day and it has already been delivered to the recipient. Now I see that the recipient has 30! days to confirm receipt... WTF? Because the recipient doesn't respond to my mails. Do I really have to wait a bloody month for my money from Digitec? 30 days to confirm receipt is just too much. As a seller you are pressurised into fast shipping, but as a buyer you can let the seller hang around for a month without any consequences...

Have other customers received emails stating that their account will be deleted on a certain date. With a link? It's very well done and I'm afraid a lot of customers will fall for the scam and end up with their login stolen. And orders they didn't place.

Today I had to order another battery for a car remote control. It happens once in a blue moon. It therefore makes little sense to offer packs of three or five. They will be half empty before the next change. It probably takes a law for suppliers to let the XMV prevail.

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.
