The advertisements with the user comments were very funny, but with time they got a bit boring. The new ad, on the other hand, is a disaster. Fun factor = zero, attention value deep down below that: you don't even WANT to know who buys what and where, it's completely annoying. And it's as old-fashioned as it is unsexy to say: We are the biggest online data octopus in Switzerland, we know EVERYTHING about you! I've decided to take a two-month digitec shopping break for every month these posters are up. Time is running.

I tried to pay for goods over 1000 euros three times, and each time, despite following the correct procedure and my card having no issues, it was rejected. This seems strange to me; they are losing customers and sales. I also asked for an IBAN to pay and avoid that bogus system.

Hello everyone, I've noticed with my last two orders that most products now say "Delivered the day after tomorrow" instead of "Delivered tomorrow". Also, my last order, which I placed yesterday morning, was only shipped now and should arrive tomorrow. Does anyone know anything about this, and will it stay this way? Next-day delivery should be standard if it comes from their own warehouse...

For years, I was a loyal Digitec customer, ordering regularly both privately through multiple accounts and for business. After this experience, however, I seriously question why one would even take out a warranty and a paid warranty extension. My Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra was not even 6 months old at the time of the defect. Additionally, I purchased a 5-year warranty extension to be covered in case of problems. From my perspective, the defect was relatively minor, and the device was still almost fully functional. I actually wanted to fix the defect myself. However, my girlfriend advised me against it, as this could void the warranty. Therefore, I consciously decided to use the official warranty process through Digitec. On-site, I was only offered two options: a refund of my original purchase price or re-ordering the same device. I had consciously bought the device during a promotion for CHF 750 at the time. The same device costs around CHF 1,325 today. This would have meant that I would have had to pay an additional CHF 600 for the exact same device. I explicitly rejected both options. Instead, I clearly stated that I wanted a repair. I was assured that this would be possible and would take about 2 to 4 weeks. Even my address for the return of the repaired device was checked with me. For me, it was clear that my device would be repaired. My astonishment was all the greater when the service case was closed as "Refunded" less than 12 hours after I handed in my device. It is particularly noteworthy that the responsible Customer Care department later confirmed in writing that there had been a divergent communication or an internal communication error. What I cannot accept about this: I am promised a repair, something else is decided internally, and in the end, I, as the customer, am supposed to bear the financial consequences of an error that I did not cause. For me, this amounts to the disposal of my property. The crucial point is not what happened internally with the device, but that I no longer have any possibility to dispose of my own device, even though I explicitly requested a repair. It is particularly annoying that less than 24 hours later, I called and asked to simply have my device, or my property, returned to me. I would have carried out the repair myself if necessary. However, this was refused, as the device was allegedly already being processed at that time. Mistakes can happen. However, the fact that Digitec itself confirms an internal communication error and that I, as the customer, am supposed to bear the financial consequences of it, I consider neither customer-oriented nor professional. Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

So you set a second delivery date and stay home to wait for the parcel, but nothing arrives until now (8 pm). I will probably just let the parcel go back to Galaxus and get my product elsewhere. Since they did such a bad job, Galaxus forbids Planzer to deposit nowadays (even though, sometimes they forge your signature). But, honestly, who wants to wait for a package for a whole day...and then it does not even arrive on that date! Please, Galaxus, stop your partnership with Planzer.

Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

I have three orders that are due to be delivered by Planzer. They were dispatched by Digitec on 29 June 2026, but nothing has arrived to date. Planzer’s track record on meeting delivery deadlines is abysmal. For the first order, it says delivery is due to take place on 1 July 2026. It’s now 2 July and it still says 1 July – the tracking information hasn’t even been updated. It’s just terrible.

If you type Planzer here in the forum, a lot of negative things come up. My most recent experience with Planzer is also not exactly optimal. Promised for Wednesday then Thursday morning, now I have sent a courier to the courier who is doing the job. (Package still in Pratteln in the warehouse, so much for being delivered tomorrow) This shouldn't happen. Worse still, online shops like Galaxus know about it!! Are their customers so worthless to them that they still work with Planzer? I feel screwed here, not only by Planzer, but also by Galaxus who knowingly promotes this... I will avoid any shop that delivers with Planzer, but I will also make this public, the only thing I can do in this case...

I’m planning a home cinema setup, but I’ve deliberately decided not to buy a screen; instead, I want to project directly onto a white, smooth-plastered wall. I’ll be using it roughly equally for watching films (4K) and gaming on the PS5 (currently the standard model, possibly the Pro later on), so it’s important that it supports 4K at 60fps, and low input lag would be a bonus. Budget isn’t a priority for now; I’m mainly looking for good value for money, not a high-end home cinema system costing 15k. Does anyone have any tips or experience with this? Thanks!

Hey Digitec hey guys. I have a big request or rather question. Why does Digitec/Galaxus use Planzer Paketdienst? (I realise the price) But out of 10 consignments, maybe one arrives on time. Planzer has a rating of 1-max 2 stars on Google and Trustpilot. I'd rather pay 4-10 FR more if I know it's delivered by a good company. I've only had trouble with Planzer over the last few years. I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

I’ll never put up with such slow delivery again! All the products were in stock except for one. If they’re going to order from an external supplier and the product isn’t actually available there, they really ought to let the customer know, rather than leaving them waiting without any information. Delivery was scheduled for between 24 and 27 June 2026. I cancelled the missing item. And, of course, now another item that was in stock is missing again! I had ordered it, after all. So it should have been reserved for my delivery. That’s the level of customer service I expect!

Hello everyone. I wear state-of-the-art Bluetooth hearing aids and own Sony WF-1000 XM5 in-ear headphones. Unfortunately, my Xiaomi 14T only allows me to pair one device at a time, which means I always have to disconnect and remove one of the devices after use. Can anyone recommend a USB-C splitter that would allow me to pair both devices and switch between them in the Bluetooth settings depending on which one I’m using? That would be extremely helpful. 192480628 on 19 June 2026: Ordered a printer with delivery on Saturday 27 June. They kept saying the printer would be with them on Saturday. Even today, it still says delivery on the 27th, but it also says: ‘0 of 1 dispatched’. I’ve been trying to get hold of the seller; after countless enquiries, the replies just fizzled out… AliExpress is quicker than this, isn’t it? Of the original 10 printers, only two are still available today… I never would have expected this… this service 🤪
