Quadlock 6082 4-point truss system

The Quadlock 6082 is a 4-point truss system made of aluminum, connected by four conical connectors, pins, and cotter pins. It utilizes the strong alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) for high load capacity. The advantage of conical connectors is that they are force-locked and form-fitted to the harness tube, ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for fast, efficient, and visually appealing assembly with frequent assembly and disassembly.

The four chord tubes are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness, providing an excellent weight-to-load ratio. The struts are 16 mm in diameter with a 2 mm wall thickness, allowing ample clearance for hooking couplers, hooks, and clamps. With outside dimensions of 290 mm, this sturdy truss system is designed for heavier loads and longer durability. It is primarily intended for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition stand construction, event technology, and permanent installations in discotheques and theater facilities.

Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Due to its extensive range of standard system lengths, corners, and accessories, this system is highly versatile and offers endless design possibilities. The production of this truss system is supervised by TÜV.
