The Aventho 300 is a wireless over-ear headphone with a closed design. The foldable design makes them ideal for travelling as well as for use at home. Stellar.45 drivers manufactured in Germany ensure crystal-clear, detailed sound. High-quality audio codecs such as aptX Lossless and aptX Adaptive round off the sound experience. Dolby Atmos with Dolby Head TrackingTM technology enables spatial audio with a particularly spatial sound. Thanks to powerful, adaptive hybrid ANC, background noise is reduced to a minimum. If required, the transparency mode allows you to perceive your surroundings. Integrated microphones ensure clear conversations during phone calls and block out background noise. Multipoint Bluetooth 5.4 allows music to be played from different sources. If the Aventho 300 is taken off and put on again while listening to music, the automatic pause and play function is activated. The ergonomic design and high-quality materials offer outstanding wearing comfort. The ear cups are moulded to the human ear for an excellent fit. The soft memory foam headband with fontanel cut-out adapts to the shape of the head. Tap the control surface to control playback, adjust the volume, answer or end calls and call up the voice assistant. Music playback or device control can be customised using the free beyerdynamic app. A 5-band equaliser makes it possible to set individual sound preferences. Software updates are also available via the app. The Aventho 300 is easily charged using the USB-C cable supplied. The battery life is up to 50 hours with ANC switched on.

The effective ANC is also part of the good foundation. There are only minor complaints about the sound, such as the slightly muddy reproduction. Not enough for a top spot.
The Aventho 300 has the potential to be at the forefront. It has a record-breaking length and sits comfortably on the head. There is little to criticise in terms of sound. Overall, this is enough for a "good" headphone, but not an outstanding one. Alternative: the Sonos Ace for the same money with a test score of 1.2.
I like technology, but not only in its latest form, but also in classic analogue form: I still take photos on film, listen to music on vinyl and watch linear TV. This is mainly thanks to the sound characteristics, as the STELLAR. 45 drivers once again prove their expertise in these headphones and deliver an excellent sound across all frequencies, which is, however, much more fun than the company's own studio headphones...
