The Dreambox One UltraHD opens a new chapter in digital home entertainment: It breaks the previous technological limits of Linux-based set-top boxes. The new Amlogic chipset enables the integration of Google's Android operating system. Voice control via Alexa will be one of many new features of the innovative Dreambox One - the first of its kind - starting this summer. The powerful technology is hidden behind the minimalist-futuristic design of the compact Dreambox One. The Amlogic chipset S922X with 53,000 DMIPS consists of the Quad-Core processor ARM Cortex-A73 and the Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A53. In addition, the Dreambox One has a two gigabyte RAM and a 16 gigabyte flash memory. On this powerful basis, common operating systems such as Android 9.0 can be booted together with Enigma OE 2.6. The integrated HDR formats HLG and HDR10 ensure detailed and brilliant pictures in UHD resolution. Via LAN, WLAN and Bluetooth, the Dreambox One can be networked with other devices without much effort. In line with the new design of the Dreambox One, the infrared remote control also received a fresh coat of paint. Additionally there will be a newly developed Bluetooth remote control to control the Dreambox One.
