The unit is dust-proof and fully automated, ensuring reliable and safe operation. The patented AcuGrip robotic arm reliably picks only one disc per operation, allowing production runs to be executed completely unattended.

Low Total Cost
The ink cartridges and drives can be replaced by the user. This extends the lifespan of the PP-50II to over 15,000 discs, providing long-term cost efficiency. The ink system with six individual cartridges keeps the cost per printed disc low, and thanks to the LED display on the front, ink levels can be easily monitored.

Space-Saving
The Discproducer saves space with its compact dimensions and is stackable, which is particularly advantageous for companies and organizations with high disc production needs.

Software
The software Total Disc Maker 7.0 is included. It features powerful advanced functions such as the "Trace" tool for file locations, allowing you to search a batch of 50 discs. Additionally, the print merging function automatically prints individual database content onto each disc surface, simplifying batch production.
