Product details
The Icron USB 1.1 Rover 1850 operates over a standard Cat 5e UTP cable, the same wiring used for Ethernet. The USB Rover 1850 features ExtremeUSB technology, which is ideal for extending USB peripherals. Icron's USB Rover 1850 extension system can be used in many applications, such as keyboards, mice, interactive whiteboards, and game controllers. The Rover 1850 is bus-powered, so no external power supply is required. The extender works with all major operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
