Product details

The product is designed for 2.5-inch hard drives with a SATA connection. The hard drives or SSDs must not exceed a height of 9.5 mm. The IB-273StU3 can be connected to any computer with USB 2.0/1.1 using the included USB 3.0 cable, although in this case, it will achieve a correspondingly lower transfer rate. The operation is simple and intuitive, so no manual study is required. It is sufficient to connect the external hard drive enclosure to the PC via the USB port and slide a 2.5-inch drive into the slot – no separate drivers need to be installed. The device offers Plug & Play as well as Hot Swap and supports 2.5-inch hard drives without capacity limitations. Hard drive activity is indicated by a blue LED ring. The package includes a USB 3.0 cable, a screwdriver, and a practical carrying case.
