The panoramic head MH057A5 allows for shots at constant angular increments around a single axis, in both portrait and landscape formats. Aligning the camera/lens nodal point with the panorama rotation point avoids stitching issues. The head is built around the 300N panorama turntable and incorporates it. Additionally, the head features a horizontal and vertical plate system that enables precise alignment at the camera/lens nodal point. This allows the system to be adjusted for any camera type. Engraved scales on the plates make it easier to return to previous settings. The included L-rail allows for landscape shots with an extended vertical field of view. The system is suitable for most camera systems with wide-angle or standard lenses. The panoramic head MH057A5 features the new Manfrotto L-rail system and replaces the panoramic head 303.
