The Manhattan 1080p HDMI KVM over IP Extender Kit allows access to any computer (or other HDMI sources) from a keyboard, mouse, and display from distances of up to 120 meters. You can either establish a direct connection using a single RJ45 Ethernet cable (Cat6 or higher is recommended for maximum range and performance) or connect it to a switch in your existing network to overcome distance limitations.

Versatile Connectivity Options

Use this HDMI over IP Extender with KVM function either as a regular HDMI extender or as an HDMI KVM switch. As an extender, the HDMI and Ethernet ports can transmit up to 1080p@60Hz (1920 × 1080) HDMI from your NVR/DVR, Blu-ray player, set-top box, or gaming console to a remote display. As a fully functional HDMI KVM switch, both modules also feature USB-A ports that connect your PC, laptop, or MacBook to the transmitter and your keyboard/mouse to the receiver. Since the HDMI KVM Extender is independent of your operating system, you can use any computer of your choice as your remote workstation. This flexibility makes it ideal for retail POS systems and digital cash registers with touchscreens. Built-in mounting brackets on both modules allow for a tidy installation of the robust metal housing on a wall or ceiling.
