The Meinl Standard 7A sticks are professional drumsticks made from hickory with an acorn tip. The classic acorn tip provides excellent articulation and a perfect feel on drums and cymbals. The weight and pitch are matched within each pair. The pre-selected American hickory wood offers excellent balance and long durability without splintering.

Since 1951, Meinl has been producing high-quality cymbals, gongs, and percussion instruments in Gutenstetten. Since 2018, they have also offered drumsticks, jazz brushes, rods, and mallets for all applications – Made in Germany! The weight of the sticks is matched within a pair to within 1.5 grams, and all Meinl sticks are pitch-matched, meaning that the inherent sound of a pair of drumsticks is identical. In addition to many standard and hybrid sticks, numerous rods and mallets are also produced for all areas.
