Product details

Rackstuds are an alternative to traditional cage nuts. It is much easier to mount your 19" device with this product, as they are inserted from the front and provide a place to support your equipment while you tighten the locking nut. The rackstuds are made of a non-conductive, fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (Grivory), so they pose no electrical hazard to you or your equipment. The maximum weight of the equipment is 20 kg (44 lbs) per 4 rackstuds. Red rackstuds are fully compatible with our Nexpand platform. You will need the purple rackstuds for our open LCS3 rack solution.
