This laboratory power supply offers a variable DC voltage output of 0 - 30 V or 0 - 5 A. The current and voltage settings are made using digital potentiometers, allowing both values to be adjusted even when the output sockets are turned off. By pressing the respective rotary knob for current or voltage, the setting resolution can be switched from 10 mA to 100 mA or from 10 mV to 1 V. To ensure safe measurement, there is a button on the front of the PeakTech 6225 A that is used to control the output voltage on and off. The display also indicates when the output is active. Another notable feature is the CV (Constant Voltage) and CC (Constant Current) function of the power supply. With this function, the voltages and currents can be set to constant values that do not change when a load is connected.
