Rapido Plus Hotend 2

The Phaetus Rapido Plus 2 is a high-speed hotend featuring efficient thermal management through an aluminum heatsink, a titanium heat break, and a coated copper heat block and nozzle. It heats up quickly, reaching 200 °C in just 35 seconds, allowing for one-handed nozzle changes.

The excellent thermal insulation of the heat break eliminates any heat buildup and significantly reduces the risk of filament clogging. Its enhanced wear resistance is designed for printing with fiber-filled filaments (100 kg+).

The highly efficient heating unit, a new rectangular ceramic heating element, achieves high heating performance and reliability (200 °C in just 35 seconds). The maximum printing temperature is 350 °C.

The removable PT1000 temperature sensor is interchangeable, allowing for a PT1000 sensor to be used to meet the demands of high-temperature printing.

Ultrahigh-speed printing with UHF: The newly designed heating block features a long heating surface that allows for high flow rates of up to 75 mm³ (for UHF, 52 mm³ on HF). The easy nozzle change is facilitated by screws made from a titanium alloy with low thermal conductivity, creating a rigid connection between the heat block and the heatsink. This rigid structure allows for convenient one-handed nozzle changes.
