EN574 (Type III C). PILZ P2HZ X1, two-hand control, type IIIC. PILZ P2HZ X1 series safety relays allow you to implement low-cost and reliable feedback monitoring loops. Such loops are particularly suitable for monitoring external relays and contactors.

Features and benefits:

• Specially designed for two-handed control/operation. The P2HZ series only works when the operator has both hands out of the danger zone during hazardous movements.
• LED indicator light for changing the channel status from 1 to 2 and for monitoring the supply voltage.
• Operation via single or dual channel input. Single channel operation is more useful for smaller machines with a dedicated logic circuit, which tends to have a smaller breaking capacity for emergency. Dual channel input allows control of multiple safety circuits and a larger number of safety areas at any given time.
• Reactivation: Outputs are not re-energized until both controls are released and then re-activated at the same time.
• Suitable for DIN rail mounting. More robust and durable than competitor products.

Safety Features:
The relay provides self-monitoring of the circuit. The unit's safety functions remain effective even if components fail. The relay prevents the circuit from initiating further press duty cycles in the event of a relay failure, contact fusion, coil failure, and short circuit/circuit disconnection.
