No - you won't be able to simply plug a pair of Logitech S150 USB speakers into the USB port of a Fenton RP162 and get sound out of it. Why not? 1. the Fenton's USB port is not an audio output On most audio devices/stereo systems like the Fenton RP162, the USB port is used either to play files from a USB stick or to power a device, but it does not transmit digital audio to USB speakers. 2 Logitech USB speakers require a "USB audio class" digital audio format, managed by a computer or host device with drivers. - They are not simply passive speakers - they incorporate a USB sound card. - The host device must send the sound via USB using the correct protocol (USB Audio). The Fenton does not do this.
