No - you won't be able to simply plug a pair of Logitech S150 USB speakers into the USB port of a Fenton RP162 and get sound out of it.

No, the RP162W comes with integrated loudspeakers, external white loudspeakers are not included. To connect external speakers, you need cinch plugs (tulip) on the line output.
