Yes these functions are displayed directly on the watch and can be displayed later as activity at any time.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you, because the data is downloaded to the mobile phone via Bluetooth.
The clock can certainly also be used for children. However, only the current data is visible on the watch. To monitor heart rate and sleep quality, the watch must be synchronised with the mobile phone. However, synchronisation can also take place only every few days.
I had the same problem: always after about 10 seconds the frequency was gone and only -.- was shown on the display. I contacted Garmin several times until someone finally told me that the heart rate via the chest strap is only displayed during an activity that has been started. You can't find this out from the user manual either. So: if you wear the chest strap and do not start an activity, no heart rate is sent to your device, which is in smartwatch mode. For example, if you start the activity Running, you will see the heart rate. Personally, I find this very unfortunate, because if you want to monitor your pulse outside of an activity, the functions of the Smartwach are not available.
On the underside of the watch, 2 screws hold the straps. This makes a total of four screws and the connection for charging the watch. However, this connection is slightly recessed in the watch case. Unfortunately, I can't say what material the metal is made of.
This is indeed a bad translation. We have changed the name, thank you for your intervention. An article has been written on this subject: https://www.digitec.ch/fr/page/haricots-gelifies-traductions-automatiques-sur-digitec-et-galaxus-8768
Without an account, I can't tell you for sure. But it probably doesn't work. In my case, however, the watch no longer finds a GPS after a while if it is not connected to the mobile phone. Furthermore, the time is no longer correct when the battery is empty for a day. The time is automatically transferred from the mobile phone and cannot be set on the watch. In terms of size, it will certainly fit.
Bluetooth can be switched off separately on the Forerunner 45 and the 45s. ANT+ is not available or not supported (I am not aware that the watch has this function).
No, there's no microphone.
Unfortunately not.
Yes, up to 50 metres.
No
Yes, you can link your mobile phone to the watch.
Yes, you can. The run data can be synchronised with the app after the training. In my experience, it works smoothly.
By pressing the start button, you first select the sport you want to practise and then press the start button again. It is also possible to change the sport afterwards.
Yes, you can actually deactivate everything if you want, bluetooth, gps, heart rate measurement, etc. and the battery lasts a really long time.
The watch has only 3 preset activities: Running, Cycling and Other. Josi
the stopwatch has this, toe: https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/forerunner45/DE-DE/GUID-5842E23F-2635-4748-B1DC-206B1BD70473.html
Sorry, one more question: Is it possible to load music/podcasts onto the watch? Thank you very much!
The watch has no integrated memory for this purpose. However, since it can be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth, it is possible to control the playback of music. However, the mobile phone must of course be close by and the music is also played on it.
Yes, you can switch it off. Training should be possible, but I've never tested it. Great watch for the money, I can really recommend it.
