Hello, What difference am I missing between the 38NW95C and the 38NW95CP, both are 144Hz, QHD and Ultrawide. I'm trying to figure it out but I can't, thanks for the help.

Hello, I asked LG France the question and there would be no difference between the two. The change in reference is due to a European regulation on energy...I know, it's not much clearer but I haven't found anything else either!

The specifications of this monitor would suit me very well. It can be used for both office and gaming. And as I can always work with two different systems (Mac OSX and Windows), I can use the Picture in Picture (PiP) feature to run two systems simultaneously on one monitor (I hope I've researched this correctly). The only thing I don't like is that this monitor requires an external power adapter. Is such a monitor (curved and 38') also available without an external power adapter, as would be the case with the Dell UltraSharp U3824DW? I don't like the design and colour of the Dell (I prefer white) and it only has a 60 Hz refresh rate, which makes it less attractive for gaming. The Dell also doesn't have a Thunderbolt port, which I consider a disadvantage. Many thanks for your support.

At this resolution (3840 x 1600), there is little choice, and with a high refresh rate, only the LG stands out from the competition. We would therefore continue to recommend this model, as the external power supply is not a major disadvantage and is quickly forgotten after installation.

To the question below : Is this monitor really 144 Hz? 2nd question: Is this monitor really Gsync compatible? The specification only says AMD Freesync. According to my information, it should also be Gsync compatible. Can anyone confirm this?

Hi Michele. It is 144Hz indeed, abd G-SYNC NVIDIA Certified. Despite being mainly designed for the office, it's packed with gaming perks, such as FreeSync support, G-SYNC compatibility, a remarkable response time, and low input lag. I got it last week for chf 996 here on Digitec and can't be any happier, quite frankly.
