I've been using the headphones for almost a year now and I'm having strange effects with the battery life. At first, the headphones lit up blue, but the battery was still only charged to 90% (according to the display in the settings on the mobile phone). Now, when charging for a longer period of time, it shows 100% again, but after a maximum of 6 hours it stops. This happened to me this weekend during 2 runs on Saturday and Sunday.

Is the protective cover that covers the speakers and goes in the ear available separately? If not, will I get a new Plantronics BackBeat Fit as I am still under warranty?

The product is marked as new, is it? I ordered the "predecessor" 2 weeks ago and received it defective 2 times? Have there been any improvements? The Art. No. is at least not the same.
