The VR2 works ONLY with the PS5 and you cannot convert 2D to 3D.

I don't know, I haven't tried these modes. But the rendering on PS5 and Gran Turismo is just incredible. You can even be dazzled by the low-angled sun in evening races....The immersion effect is total...

No camera is needed (unless you want to film yourself playing). The headset has built-in cameras that capture the room and thus control the movements in the game without the need for an external camera.
