Hi, this will depend on the height of your ram strips in mm. The 2nd fan of the ventirad leaves around 25mm of space for the height of your bars. I give a 90% probability that you will have to raise the fan on your bars by about 10mm or 20mm for it to fit. So it's compatible, you'll just have to raise a fan.
