Thunderbolt, 1 Ports
The perfect complement for my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, the TS3 Plus only has a DisplayPort connection and no HDMI port. However, with an active "Icy Box DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI" adapter, my monitor works perfectly.

Lots of ports. I connect it to a Mac with a sound card, 2 monitors and a keyboard and mouse switch. It heats up quite a bit so I connected it to a small fan that I put underneath and it's great. Beware of prolonged standby on your PC/Mac, which can cause the ts3 to no longer detect the monitor(s), but this happens to me 1/10 of the time. To overcome this problem, extend the standby time of your computer.

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 (M1), and wanted to connect all peripherals with one cable, especially the Mac Studio Display with full resolution. To do this, the dock needs to pass the Thunderbolt connector through (daisy chain), which is not always the case.
Secondly, almost all docking stations lose around 10-15% performance on the Ethernet port because it is internally connected to the USB. On the TS3 Plus, the Ethernet chip is directly on the PCI bus, and the performance is just right.
As always at Digitec, the Swiss power cable is missing. You can get it free of charge and without any problems, but you will lose 1-2 days.
This dock is very good because it can be hidden somewhere with a long Thunderbolt cable and so the desk is super tidy. It has a huge power supply that easily charges even the most powerful Apple laptop with all devices connected. I now have 2 of them.

Important:
It is essential to check whether the notebooks planned for connection also support the extended Thunderbolt functions (for monitors, mouse, etc.). USB-C alone is not enough, because if it is not supported, the notebook will only be charged and all other functions will be missing.
By the way:
A CH power cable was included with the device. This is very thoughtful. Unfortunately, there is no Mickey connection on the device side but a normal IEC plug - so the cable did not fit...
But it was well meant, so thanks anyway :-)

I use it with a Macbook Pro M1 Max and it works perfectly. I've really improved my setup by reducing the visual clutter of cables and improving practicality.
