If you have a smartphone with USB C, buy it!
Perfect for e.g. Huawei Mate 10 Pro (without the additional app) and laptop.

Ideal for transition phase from USB 3.1 to USB-C
Super stick, serves its purpose, is fast, and what I appreciate most are the two ports. My laptop and mobile phone both only have USB-C outputs, so I can even use the stick for my OnePlus 5, although I need the SanDisk app and also have to turn on OTG. The most useful thing about the stick is the combination with the USB 3.1 output, because unfortunately not all devices I want to connect the stick to are equipped with USB-C outputs. This means that in a matter of seconds I can, for example, move a PowerPoint presentation that I created on my mobile phone while I was out and about, without needing an active internet connection (for the cloud), onto the stick, retract the connection for USB-C and extend the one for USB 3.1, plug the stick into the old-fashioned end device (because it doesn't use USB-C), and I have the presentation on the computer, ready to present!
The only thing that bothers me about the stick is that it heats up so quickly
and heats up so much. It's enough to move a single image file from my phone to the stick and it's already hot, so hot in fact that I'm always afraid it will overheat!
But all in all, it's a good thing, fast and versatile, does what it's supposed to do and is very well suited for this transitional phase in which certain device manufacturers don't want to switch to USB-C yet, while others do. The purchase was worth it, also with 256GB I have found a safe haven for large video files which would take up too much space on the mobile phone.

Ok for the price but very slow
This stick is good to access data from different devices (PC, notebook, smartphone, etc.). However, it does not particularly convince with its speed.

Immediately defective
The USB A side does not engage properly.
As soon as there is a little resistance, the port disappears back into the case and is thus unusable.
USB C side is ok.
