Product details

The 64-V DC 4-channel power supply from the Rohde & Schwarz NGP800 series has a rated power of 800 W. It features electrically equivalent and galvanically isolated outputs. It also includes remote sensor connection terminals, USB, and a LAN interface. A user-installable GPIB interface, digital trigger I/O, an analog input, and a Wi-Fi interface are optional, making this device excellent for both bench use and in an automated test system. DUT protection, fast programming times, and V- and I-sequences for downloading are included.
