• In the case of a D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), a complaint can only be made if the factory-installed films and stickers have not been removed.
• Films should only be removed if the functionality of the screen is guaranteed 100%.
• Of course, such technical work should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
