Nine aperture blades ensure perfect bokeh with harmonious out-of-focus areas. Shots in very low light are achievable thanks to the high light intensity of F1.4, making this lens the perfect solution for demanding portrait photography.

Light, quiet, fast. Weighing just 509 g, the lens is even lighter than its predecessor (568 g), making it an ideal travel companion. Compact and handy, it can be easily stored in your camera bag. The newly revised L-STM autofocus from Samyang is powered by a linear stepping motor, providing faster and quieter operation than the previous model. This ensures optimal and sharp image quality – even with moving subjects. Whether for photos or videos, the quality is impeccable and meets the highest standards.

Professional features – always up to date. A significant advancement compared to the predecessor is the Custom Switch and the Focus Hold Button. The Custom Switch allows for convenient aperture control via the focus ring. The separate Lens Station offers further fine-tuning of the autofocus and updates, ensuring optimal and contemporary performance. Depending on the camera model, individual settings such as eye autofocus can be programmed and saved via the Focus Hold Button.
