The ATR U2 allows for the simplest control of mains voltage consumers through low voltage contacts. A power supply for actuating the relay coil is not required, as the ATR U2 internally generates the necessary control voltage (24V DC PELV). In conjunction with the magnetic contact MKW 1, it is thus possible to implement a supply air monitoring system, often required for enclosed spaces, when operating exhaust fans with minimal effort.
