The SparkFun Qwiic Triple-Axis Accelerometer Breakout, KX134, is a highly advanced electronics module based on Kionix's digital accelerometer KX134. This module features a user-friendly Qwiic interface that allows for easy integration into existing systems. The KX134 is an energy-efficient sensor with a 16-bit resolution, capable of measuring accelerations in four different ranges from ±8g to ±64g. With a maximum output data rate of up to 10 kHz, this module is excellent for applications requiring precise and rapid measurements, such as vibration analysis or high-speed movements. Additionally, the KX134 offers a variety of built-in features, including free-fall detection, various tap detection modes, and device orientation algorithms, enhancing the module's versatility and making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
