Add four RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 capable DB9 serial ports to a desktop computer via a PCIe x1 expansion card.

Enhance your desktop computer or Small Form Factor (SFF) system with this serial PCI-Express card featuring 4 ports for serial communication support. The four DB9 connectors can be independently configured to support RS-232, RS-422, and 2/4-wire RS-485 standards for communication with compatible serial peripherals.

Serial configuration per port

This serial PCIe card comes with built-in DIP switches that allow each DB9 serial port to operate in RS-232, RS-422, and/or RS-485 mode. The card features LED indicators for each port, enabling real-time monitoring of port activity.

Configurable external SATA power supply

The PCI Express Serial Adapter Card offers three power supply modes that can be configured via on-board jumpers: 12V (1.5A per port), 5V (1.5A per port), or no power supply (RI) through pin 9.

Legacy connectivity

This serial card allows for the continued use of older serial devices, avoiding downtime and costly upgrades. The 4-Port PCIe Serial Card is an ideal system upgrade for a variety of applications, such as point-of-sale terminals, PLCs, factory control and automation, scientific sensors, medical devices, scanners, and oscilloscopes.
