The two diffusion gels in Frost Transparency No. 3 provide excellent options for softening light or reducing strong light. The gels can be clamped in front of a panel light, resulting in soft and even illumination.

The four color temperature adjustment gels are as follows: Wratten 82B, which increases the color temperature from 3200K to 4000K; Wratten 82C, which is slightly stronger than Wratten 82B and further increases the color temperature; Wratten 85B, which reduces the color temperature from 4000K to 3200K; and Wratten 85C, which reduces the color temperature from 3500K to 3200K.

With the color filter gels, you can create a variety of color effects by mounting them on light sources. By combining two gels, you can achieve entirely new colors and even more effects.

The gels can also be used in combination with each other, allowing for everything from artistic to mixed lighting possibilities.
