These XNT soldering tips from Weller are high-quality tips designed for use with the Weller WXP 65 or WP 65 soldering iron. Weller soldering tips meet the latest market requirements and have been developed and tested at the Weller research and development center in Germany. Weller soldering tips feature a high-quality copper core that efficiently transfers heat to the solder joints. The copper core is coated with an iron-containing layer to extend the lifespan of the soldering tip. The soldering tip is tinned to prevent oxidation. All parts are protected by a corrosion-resistant nickel coating. The tip is also protected with a special chrome coating that limits the wetting area for greater precision.
