On-site service (OSS) typically takes place within one business day (at no additional cost) through a network of selected Wortmann service partners. The on-site service is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

The on-site service is valid as long as the customer has an Infinity license for the device and for a maximum of five (5) years after the purchase of the device.
