Netzabdeckung und Rückgabekonditionen

Erfüllt leider nicht meine Erwartungen. Hatte vorher eine Netatmo am selben Standort. Für die Somfy war die Netzabdeckung zu gering und konnte keine Verbindung herstellen. Auf dem App wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Kamera optimalerweise 2m vom WLAN Router positioniert werden soll....es handelt sich um eine Outdoor Kamera und wer hat schon Outdoor WLAN Router in Verwendung...

@ Digitec: Die Retourbedingungen sind nicht wirklich Kundenfreundlich. Es gibt diverse Plattformen wo auch im geöffneten Zustand der Kaufpreis zu 100% rückerstattet wird. Kaum wird die Verpackung geöffnet werden bei der Retoure 10% abgezogen....unglaublich!
