The specially adapted aluminum backplate covers the entire backside of the copper cooler, ensuring a clear and uniform appearance. The GPU water cooler has been completely overhauled technically. To optimize cooling performance, the distances between the cooler and the components of the PCB were redefined and tested. The water flow was simulated using the most advanced software and verified through practical tests. These extensive tests allowed for improvements to the cooler base and jetplate, ensuring the best possible cooling performance for the new Nvidia GeForce RTX generation.

The core product series from Alphacool is characterised by high quality, outstanding performance and a uniform, functional design language. The core of this cooler is the copper cooler, which is milled from a single piece of copper together with the end terminal. The fine finish in combination with the hard and resistant chrome plating of the entire copper radiator meets the highest quality standards. The two integrated G1/4" brass threads, left in chrome, stand out visually from the terminal and are one of the key points of the new design language that is evident in all products of the Core series. The aluminium backplate, which is adapted to the design, forms a unit together with the terminal and convinces with a clear and homogeneous appearance on the back of the radiator. The lighting consists of digitally addressable RGB LEDs that illuminate the entire cooler evenly and well. The technical development can be seen in the water supply to the nozzle plate and in the optimisation of the jet plate itself. This was completely redesigned on the basis of many simulations and practical tests in cooperation with board partners. The fin thickness and distances have been changed, the cooling surface has been enlarged and the water flow to the core components with the greatest heat output has been optimised.
