!!! Warning !!! Since you can't adjust the ratings and the product is actually great, I have to write the warning here. People who bought a Nano X between spring and summer 2021 might have got one where the battery in the Nano X is junk and can't be charged.

Apparently the problem still exists. I have received 3 defective copies. I would try the YouTube hack, but I don't want to pay all that money and take the full risk of opening it and probably scratching it slightly.

The problem can have different reasons: 1. broken charging cable (was the case with me) or 2. processing error (was also the case with me). Case 1 was quickly fixed for me, as Galaxus was able to send me a working USB-C-to-USB cable. In case 2, I had to take the Nano Ledger X apart and adjust the contact (see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch). This made it possible to charge the battery again. Everything works tiptop after these interventions, but Galaxus should take such products out of circulation soon enough.
