ADVICE: I see many complaining Bluetooth not working. Make sure you connected USB cable from card to motherboard internal USB connector.

Absolutely right — I had almost given up until I found the motherboard’s internal USB port, which is nearly inaccessible, completely hidden between my graphics card and the case.
