Question about Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC

After mounting the GTX 1050 Ti OC 4G on a desktop PC with Windows 10, the latter beeps at startup and refuses to go any further. It is not even possible to activate the basic menu by pressing ESC
