Can I charge this powerbank and charge my mobile phone at the same time?

Yes, I tried it - although it is not mentioned in the instruction manual, it seems to work. I charged something on the large USB port and charged the powerbank with the USB-C port. The powerbank shows charging with the LED display, as does the device to be charged. The only question is whether it makes sense. Maybe a USB distributor (where you can charge both devices on the charger) makes more sense.
