The box comes with TuneIn. This is a free radio streaming service that can be used to receive almost all radio stations worldwide. Just say "Alexa, play SWR3 on TuneIn". The stations can even be assigned to the preset buttons using the Bose app.

I received the speaker and it works fine. When I ask it to be quieter or louder or the weather it works but if I say: ok Google put on Rock music it doesn't work... Do you have any idea why?

Yes, once the stations are programmed (max 6), it is not necessary to use a smartphone. An internet connection is required though
