Can I pair two of these dimmer switches with a Philips Hue lamp without this bridge and without other devices? My goal: Two dimmers and one Hue lamp.

Yes, you can do it that way. I have 3 Hue white bulbs in a ceiling lamp and connected them to 3 dimmers that I have mounted in 3 corners of the room. It works perfectly.
