I don't think so, at least not directly. But you can stream youtube to TV via chromecast or similar, which would work but is probably not your idea.
Otherwise you can stream Spotify, deezer, tidal, soundcloud, napster, tunein and locally stored music (on mobile phone or USB stick). google play music does not work (or only with rooted phone and special apps).
