Can only connect the headset (on the PC) via Bluetooth. The 2.4G better wireless connection "Arctis Pro Wireless Game" and "Arctis Wireless Pro Chat" is not recognised as a device or does not appear when selecting the playback device. I have connected the transmitter to the PC via USB (Source: PC). What could be the cause of the problem?

Generally, you don't have to connect via Bluetooth because there is an automatic connection as soon as you switch on the headset and also connect the controller to the computer. You can simply use Bluetooth on the side, for example with your mobile phone.
