Dear Community I am thinking of buying this monitor for the xbox series x. But since it is 165 hz and the xbox can only do 120FPS I don't know pb because of screen tearing even though it has free sync etc? Thanks for the answer

I don't think the 165 Hz will lead to screen tearing. But if you don't want to buy a good PC anyway, I would buy a 120 Hz monitor, otherwise it's a waste of money.
