Do I understand this correctly, is this the so-called "Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G"? Does it have 5G and also NFC? Because the normal "Xiaomi Redmi Note 10" has neither...

Only the Redmi Note 10 Pro has NFC, but then again no 5G. However, 5G also means that the battery is drained up to 20% faster, with 4G all smartphones last much longer.
