I have the Update-boot-Loop issue and LG is not replacing the phone, they told me it was water damage... This seems to be a cheap excuse to me. very disappointed with the Service. The repair would be nearly double of what a new device would cost. Ended up buying a new mobile although I had 1 Year of warranty left on the phone. This is a bad joke how they can simply say "Water Damage" with nothing to proof. I don't care that they say they have a sensor inside to check this. As this sensor seems to be fault or is already reacting to normal environment i.e. Coming inside from the cold, have the phone in the Bathroom etc. which a normal Mobile should Cover. The Device itself is nice, but the service is horrible. I had to deal with Digitec, a sub-contractor, Called the LG "Switzerland" Helpline where I could Speak to powerless Hotline People from Eastern Europe with Zero interest to Help. The device is great as long as you don't have any issue. Never had this issues with Samsung or Sony. Lg/Google are horrible in this point. I'm for sure won't buy the OLED LG TV i had my eye on. Learned a lesson here...

No problem for me also. I had the boot loop issue with the Samsung Note 4. So for so good with the N5X.

I did not face any issues. .
There was a time (3-4days) where battery was draining fast... Restarted it... And back to normal again....
I am happy with N5X
