Does the multilingual game include Italian? How come the Italian-only version is so much more expensive?

Language of subtitles: German, French, Italian, English
Language of manual: French, German, Italian

Furthermore, prices are based on supply and demand, suppliers and availability of goods. For all these reasons, there can be a price difference between the same product in different languages.
